Why the Buzz Over Justin Bieber?s Tattoos?

Since he hit the beaches of Hawaii with lady love Selena Gomez this week, the blogosphere has been buzzing over Justin Bieber?s new tattoo he appears to be sporting. So my question is, what?s the big deal? First off, I realize that this post is giving his tattoos the same kind of attention I am questioning, but I really am curious over why people are so stunned about Justin Bieber?s new tattoo? He now has two tats (that we know of). The first we have known about for a while. It is the outline of a seagull (in honor of the story Jonathon Livingston Seagull, a book about a seagull learning about life and living positively) on his hip and is pretty small. The Justin Bieber doll that came out last year even sported this little bit of ink! Initial outrage over that tattoo when it was brought to people?s attention last year was that the Biebs was pretty young when he got the ink. However, it is a family tradition. He dad and his uncle both have this tattoo, and his father was reportedly there when he got it. I don?t know about Canada, but here in the States [...]
